We will always provide healthy, quality fish. Most finny friends will have been born and raised on our own premises so there is no question as to their true species or hybridization.
We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on orders shipped with the Overnight/1 Day shipping option unless otherwise specified. Box must be accepted on the first delivery attempt and must have arrived as scheduled, on the next day. If any fish arrive deceased, take a photograph immediately, in the bag that we shipped in, and contact us for your choice of a refund on fish and half of your shipping cost or a replacement with half of the shipping covered by us. We will refund not only the cost of fish, but the cost of shipping as well. No Live Arrival Guarantee is available for the 2-3 day shipping option.
We also offer a 14 day Health Guarantee on every fish we sell. As long as fish arrive to your home alive and strong, after ensuring that your tank was a suitable and healthy environment that was properly cycled and is within suitable water parameters (done by water testing), we will offer you either a refund or a replacement of equal or lesser value. Due to the level of care we provide our fish we don't expect that there will ever be a fish lost to illness.
Please Note: If you opt for express shipping and your box is lost in the mail, we will offer a refund on the cost of fish and half of your shipping cost. If you opt for Priority shipping and your box is lost in the mail, we will not offer a refund.
